Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced outside sales professional in Indiana to grow our client base across Core Sales and Human Capital Management solutions. You will identify prospects, present Paychex offerings, and build relationships with key decision makers, in person or virtually.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of outside sales experience, 4 years in the HCM industry, CRM familiarity, a valid driver’s license, and strong cold-calling skills.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's degree - Preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Outside Sales.
• 4 years of experience in the Human Capital Management Industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience.
• Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers in person or virtual settings.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals and end users.
• Prospect for new clients and sources using calls, mailings, seminars, and events directed by Sales management.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate products, referring to the right Paychex team.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints and project a positive company image.
