Job summary

Paychex is seeking a high-performing sales professional to grow our client base across Core Sales, HR Services Sales or Major Market Sales in the United States. You’ll use the Go-to-Market strategy to tailor Paychex solutions for mid-size and larger organizations, driving revenue and market share.

You will schedule and conduct prospecting visits, build relationships with decision makers, manage new business paperwork, and travel as needed to conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• CORE HCM provider experience.
• Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.
• Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via calls, direct mail, seminars, and events.
• Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate products, referring as needed.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Project a positive image representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
• Travel outside the territory for conferences, training, or zone meetings.
