Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to drive new business with growing companies (20–99 employees) in a consultative, relationship-driven environment. You will sell Paychex Flex® and HR services while developing a robust pipeline through outbound activity and strategic prospecting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B sales, 2+ years in HCM, and a strong ability to navigate solution-based conversations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2+ years HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Cold Calling experience.
• CRM Software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
