Job summary

Aon is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive - South (North America) to lead client relationships and growth within a national footprint. You will identify client needs, pursue new logo opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver risk and human capital solutions for middle-market accounts.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience leading client relationships or selling risk solutions.
• Ability to build relationships that translate into business results with economic buyers.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Excellent client management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise, identifies client needs, customizes solutions for middle market accounts.
• Demonstrates ability to acquire new logos and cross-sell to commercial accounts.
• Ensures account profitability with value-based service and cost management.
• Leads renewal strategy and coordinates the appropriate team.
• Educates clients on trends and market issues with data analytics.
• Brings in appropriate resources to support complex client needs.
• Collaborates across geographic and functional boundaries to grow the business.
