Job summary

Aon is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive - South to drive client relationships and new logo acquisition within North America. You will lead service delivery, renewal strategy, and cross-sell opportunities for commercial mid-market accounts.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, educate clients on market trends, and utilize data analytics to deliver tailored risk solutions, while managing profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions products or related products.
• Ability to build relationships that translate into meaningful and mutually beneficial business results with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.
• Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers, including the C-Suite, to make buying decisions.
• Fosters critical relationships between colleagues, clients, and the external payor/insurer market.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise, identifies client needs, and services a portfolio of middle market client accounts.
• Leads renewal planning and implements client-specific renewal strategy.
• Educates clients on trends, data, and analytics.
• Marshals appropriate resources to support clients during large claims or unusual circumstances.
• Coordinates across geographic and solution lines to define interdependent responses to opportunities to grow the business.
