Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions products.
• Ability to build relationships and translate into business results with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence senior decision-makers (C-Suite).
• Excellent client management skills, managing an existing book and generating new clients.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise and identifies client needs for a portfolio of middle market accounts.
• Demonstrates new business production with a track record of new logo acquisition and cross-sell.
• Leads renewal strategy and drives the renewal process with appropriate teams.
• Ensures client service team understands needs and delivery methods.
• Educates clients on market trends, benchmarking, and analytics.
• Coordinates resources to support clients in unusual circumstances such as large claims.
