Job summary

Aon is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive for the Midwest (North America) to grow our Commercial Risk client portfolio and lead mid-market relationships. This role focuses on new logo acquisition, renewal strategy, and cross-sell opportunities within a global organization.

You will engage with executive clients, manage a profitable book, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored risk solutions while expanding the mid-market footprint.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions or related products.
• Ability to build relationships with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise, identifies client needs, customized approach, and services of a portfolio of middle market client accounts.
• Drives new logo acquisition and cross-sell opportunities with a focus on Commercial accounts.
• Leads renewal strategy and coordinates the team to deliver client-specific renewals.
• Educates clients on trends, benchmarks, data and analytics relevant to services delivered.
• Marshals resources to support clients in large or unusual claims and circumstances.
