Job summary

Aon is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive to drive growth in the Midwest (North America). The role focuses on developing strong client relationships across a middle market portfolio, acquiring new logos, and cross-selling a broad set of risk management solutions.

You will lead renewal strategies and coordinate with teams to optimize client outcomes. Qualified candidates bring 7–10+ years of experience in client leadership and a proven track record with mid-market accounts,

Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions or related products.
Ability to build relationships with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.
Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers, including C-Suite.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise, identify client needs, and tailor services for a portfolio of middle market accounts.
Demonstrate new business production with a track record of new logo acquisition and cross-sell.
Drive renewal processes and assemble teams to develop client-specific renewal strategies.
Ensure understanding of service delivery and economic framework within client teams.
Educate clients on market trends, benchmarking, data and analytics.
