Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive in the South region to grow relationships and drive new business for Commercial risk solutions. You will lead client engagements, coordinate cross-functional resources, and manage complex renewal discussions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong track record in risk management sales, a valid Property & Casualty license, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions or related products.
• Ability to build relationships and translate them into business results with economic buyers in mid-market accounts.
• Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers, including C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise, identifies client needs, and services a portfolio of middle market client accounts.
• Drives new logo acquisition and cross-sell with a focus on Commercial accounts.
• Leads renewal strategy and coordinates the team to deliver client services and value.
