Aon plc is recruiting for a Mid-Market Production Account Executive to join our Commercial Risk team in a hybrid, US-based role. You will manage client accounts, drive new logos and cross-sell, and lead renewal strategies with a service team, applying a value-based approach to profitability and client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of client leadership or risk-solution sales experience, strong communication with executives, and a current Property & Casualty license.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years leading client relationships or selling risk solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of middle market client accounts.
• Add new logo and cross-sell for commercial accounts.
• Lead renewal strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Educate clients on market trends, data, and analytics.
• Coordinate resources for large claims and complex service needs.
• Collaborate across geographic and solution lines to grow the business.
