Job summary

Aon is seeking a Mid-Market Production Account Executive for the South (North America) to grow a portfolio of middle-market client accounts within the Commercial Risk team.

You will leverage your strong client-relations skills to build trusted advisor relationships, drive new logo acquisition, and expand cross-sell opportunities while ensuring account profitability and renewal strategy execution.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions or related products.
• Ability to build relationships with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Experience influencing decision-makers, including C-suite, to buy.
• Excellent management of an existing book and generation of new business.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise, identifies client needs, and services a portfolio of middle market accounts.
• Demonstrates new business production with credible track record of new logo acquisition and cross-sell.
• Manages profitability, value-based service scope, and cost for client service.
• Leads renewal planning and assembles teams for renewal strategy.
• Ensures client service team understands needs and delivery economics.
• Educates clients on trends, benchmarking, data and analytics.
