Job summary

Truist in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Merchant Services sales professional to identify and develop opportunities in the assigned market. You will deliver a consultative sales approach by helping business clients assess their payment processing needs and delivering solutions that address those needs.

You will work with the team to generate opportunities in support of profitability and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in financial or payments products/services.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan and grow revenue for assigned client portfolio.
• Foster partnerships with bankers and product partners for opportunities.
• Develop plans for client retention and new acquisition in the group.
• Consult with clients to identify payment processing needs and solutions.
• Accurately report sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
