Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a results-driven Merchant Services sales professional to identify and develop opportunities in the Charlotte market. You will deliver a consultative approach to assess clients’ payment processing needs and present solutions that address them.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with bankers and product partners, proactive relationship planning, and accurate reporting of sales efforts and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience of financial or payments products and/or services.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively and confidently.
• Proven experience working across departments, lines of business within large financial organizations.
• Growth mindset to adapt and resolve escalating complex issues.
• Mentor other teammates to help them grow and be fulfilled with their role and responsibilities.
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client and prospect opportunities to achieve revenue/objectives.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for collaboration.
• Sells payment processing solutions with proactive market engagement.
• Develops detailed relationship plans for clients to identify opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and receivables solutions.
