Job summary

You will work with banking and product partners to grow the portfolio and engage in strategic client planning. The role emphasizes new business development, relationship planning, and effective client communication across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience of financial or payments products and/or services.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively and confidently.
• Proven experience collaborating across departments within large financial organizations.
• Growth mindset to adapt and resolve escalating issues.
• Mentor other teammates to help them grow in their role.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for collaboration.
• Sell payment processing solutions to existing clients and prospects.
• Develop relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provide client working capital services focused on receivables.
• Adhere to policies and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Consult with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales efforts and revenue.
