Job summary

Spectrum, a Charter Communications brand, seeks a field-based marketing professional to drive exclusive programs across multiple property portfolios. You will implement collateral, campaigns and digital initiatives, partnering with property teams and sales to upgrade services and ensure client satisfaction.

Trip requirements include travel within the assigned territory to properties, with office reporting as directed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client service and relationship building within cable television, residential property management or real estate development.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with operations, marketing or other aspects of the cable industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement Spectrum's marketing initiatives through onsite collateral, welcome packets and digital campaigns across assigned properties.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity on property websites and digital mover journeys.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns to incoming residents and secure upgrades such as Property Management System integration.
• Collaborate with sales to transition contract upgrades, amendments and conversions to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect solutions.
• Resolve issues with properties violating Exclusive Marketing Agreements and partner with Client Solutions to renew at-risk or expired agreements.
• Serve as primary account owner, driving penetration and maintaining success in existing and new accounts while acting as the day-to-day liaison for client requests.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, keeping clients informed of Spectrum's offerings and promotions and ensuring timely follow-up on all leads.
