Spectrum is seeking a strategic marketing professional to shape property success and client satisfaction. This field-based role implements marketing programs across properties, develops onsite collateral, and drives digital campaigns to promote Spectrum Internet and related services.

You will partner with property teams and sales to execute campaigns, manage owner relationships, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring timely follow-up on leads.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in client service and relationship building within cable television, residential property management or real estate development
• Recent experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units
• Familiarity with operations, marketing or other aspects of the cable industry

Responsabilidades

• Implement Spectrum's marketing initiatives through onsite collateral, welcome packets and digital campaigns across assigned properties
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity on property websites and digital mover journeys
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns to incoming residents and secure upgrades such as Property Management System integration
• Collaborate with sales to transition contract upgrades, amendments and conversions to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect solutions
• Resolve issues with properties violating Exclusive Marketing Agreements and renew at-risk or expired agreements
