Spectrum is seeking a field‑based Marketing Specialist to drive property‑level programs and enhance client satisfaction across multiple portfolios in California. You’ll implement on‑site collateral, digital campaigns and collaborate with staff to boost adoption and performance.

You’ll partner with property teams and sales to launch targeted campaigns, manage relationships, and pursue new opportunities while traveling within your territory to visit properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in client service/marketing within property or cable/residential sectors.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with property management or real estate operations.

Responsabilités

• Implement marketing initiatives across properties with onsite collateral and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, promoting Spectrum Internet on property sites.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales to upgrade contracts and renew agreements.
• Visit properties and manage day-to-day client requests as liaison.
