Job summary

Spectrum is a leading communications provider seeking a Marketing Manager to shape property-level outcomes through strategic campaigns and onsite collateral. You will collaborate with property staff to drive Spectrum Internet adoption and coordinate digital campaigns across portfolios.

The role requires 3+ years in client services related to cable or real estate, with a track record of upgrades and renewals for multi-dwelling owners. Travel to visit properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in client service and relationship building within cable television, residential property management or real estate development.
• Recent experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.

Responsibilities

• Implement Spectrum's marketing initiatives through onsite collateral, welcome packets and digital campaigns across assigned properties.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity on property websites and digital mover journeys.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns to incoming residents and secure upgrades such as Property Management System integration.
• Collaborate with sales to transition contract upgrades, amendments and conversions to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect solutions.
• Resolve issues with properties violating Exclusive Marketing Agreements and partner with Client Solutions to renew at-risk or expired agreements.
• Serve as primary account owner, driving penetration and maintaining success in existing and new accounts while acting as the day-to-day liaison for client requests.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, keeping clients informed of Spectrum's offerings and promotions and ensuring timely follow-up on all leads.
