Job summary

Spectrum Community Solutions is seeking a field-based Marketing Specialist to lead onsite and digital campaigns across assigned properties. You will align marketing collateral, coordinate digital efforts, and partner with property teams to drive resident upgrades and successful system integrations.

You will maintain strong client relationships, act as the day-to-day liaison, and identify new opportunities while ensuring timely follow-up on leads. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or property services.
• 3+ years in client service and relationship building in property management, cable, or real estate.
• Experience creating/executing marketing programs for multi-dwelling units.

Responsibilities

• Execute Spectrum marketing initiatives at properties with onsite collateral and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing including promoting Spectrum Internet as a property amenity.
• Collaborate with property teams on targeted email campaigns and system integrations.
• Work with sales to upgrade and convert contracts to Spectrum Ready/Quick Connect.
• Manage client relationships and renewals, overseeing account needs and timelines.
