Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a marketing professional to shape property success across portfolios. You’ll implement exclusive marketing programs, visit properties, and collaborate with staff to drive adoption and performance of Spectrum services.

The role is field-based with travel within the assigned territory and requires coordination with property teams and sales to deliver targeted campaigns and upgrades. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in client service in related industries are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in client service/relationship roles in cable, real estate, or property management.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with broadband, fiber, video, and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement Spectrum’s marketing initiatives across properties.
• Notify and coordinate digital marketing efforts for Spectrum Internet as an amenity.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns and upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales to upgrade contracts to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect.
• Resolve issues with Exclusive Marketing Agreements and renewals.
• Serve as primary account owner and day-to-day liaison for client requests.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
