The role requires 3+ years in client service within cable or real estate, a bachelor's degree, and CRM experience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in client service and relationship building in cable, property management or real estate development.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with operations, marketing or other aspects of the cable industry.
• CRM systems experience, especially Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Implement Spectrum’s marketing initiatives through onsite collateral, welcome packets and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity on property websites and digital journeys.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns to new residents and upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales to transition upgrades and conversions to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect.
• Manage primary accounts and act as the day-to-day liaison for client requests.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and keep clients informed of Spectrum’s offerings.
