Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in client service and relationship building in cable, property management or real estate.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with owners of multi-dwelling units.
• Familiarity with operations, marketing or other aspects of the cable industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement Spectrum’s marketing initiatives through onsite collateral, welcome packets and digital campaigns across assigned properties.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity on property websites and digital mover journeys.
• Partner with property teams to launch targeted email campaigns to incoming residents and secure upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales to transition contract upgrades, amendments and conversions to Spectrum Ready and Quick Connect solutions.
• Resolve issues with properties violating Exclusive Marketing Agreements and renew agreements.
• Serve as primary account owner, driving penetration and maintaining client relationships.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, keeping clients informed of Spectrum’s offerings.
