Job summary

Rocket.Chat seeks aSenior Marketing Manager to lead defense and intelligence sector marketing in North America. This hands-on role focuses on partner-driven demand, paid digital campaigns, social content, email, and events, collaborating with sales to drive pipeline while leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in defense/INT marketing, strong partner program experience, and proven success in multi-channel campaigns. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or B2G technology marketing with partner focus.
• Experience marketing defense/intelligence audiences and understanding procurement language.
• Proven track record running co-marketing with system integrators or partners.
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Reddit.
• Full-stack marketing across paid digital, social, content, email and events.

Responsibilities

• Own NORAM partner and channel marketing with system integrators, resellers, and tech alliances.
• Identify opportunities for joint campaigns, webinars, events, content, and offers to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate with partner marketing and sales to close gaps and optimize pipeline.
• Manage MDF and partner enablement materials.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit and AI search.
• Create content and materials aligned with Rocket.Chat's value proposition.
• Coordinate field marketing events with partners and vendors.
• Use AI tools for content, video, research, and campaign work.
