Job summary

Rocket.Chat is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead defense and intelligence sector marketing in North America from a remote location in the United States. You will own partner marketing, digital campaigns, content, events, and AI-enabled initiatives to drive pipeline in cooperation with sales.

You will report to the Head of Demand Generation and collaborate within the Marketing team to tailor campaigns for primes, integrators, and military buyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B or B2G technology marketing with a strong channel/partner focus in defense and intelligence.
• Experience marketing to US defense, military and intelligence buyers and familiarity with primes and integrators.
• Proven track record running co-marketing with systems integrators, resellers, or alliances that generated pipeline.
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search; full-stack marketing across digital, social, content, email and events.
• Ability to craft mission-focused messaging for defense and intelligence buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing with Rocket.Chat's partners in NORAM and drive joint opportunities into pipeline.
• Build relationships with partner marketing and sales to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Manage MDF allocation in line with joint marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns, social media, newsletters, and partner-led events.
• Create collateral, presentations, and content aligned with Rocket.Chat's value proposition.
• Support sales with materials, RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and presentations.
