Job summary

Rocket.Chat seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead defense/intel sector marketing in North America. This hands-on role focuses on channel and partner programs, paid digital campaigns, content, and events.

You will align with sales and partners to generate pipeline while using AI tools to accelerate results. You will partner with sales to tailor messaging, drive co-marketing with integrators, and manage MDF.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B/B2G technology marketing with channel focus.
• Experience marketing to US defense, military and intel audiences.
• Track record in co-marketing with partners generating pipeline.
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search.
• Full-stack marketing skills across paid digital, social, content, email and events.
• Strong writing and messaging for defense/intelligence buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing with Rocket.Chat's partners in NORAM, building pipeline.
• Identify joint opportunities and run campaigns, webinars, events.
• Collaborate with partner marketing and sales for gaps and pipeline.
• Manage MDF and create partner/customer collateral and presentations.
• Support sales with materials, RFI/RFP responses, proposals.
• Run paid campaigns and analyze KPI performance.
• Create content for defense/audience segments and videos.
• Plan and execute partner-led events with a focus on meetings.
