Job summary

Rocket.Chat is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead defense and intelligence sector marketing in North America. This remote role emphasizes partner marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and events, working with sales to drive pipeline.

You will craft messaging for defense buyers and manage co-marketing with partners, using AI tools to accelerate results and align with business goals. A background in defense marketing and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B or B2G technology marketing with a focus on channel/partner marketing in defense/intelligence.
• Experience marketing to US defense, military and intelligence organizations and knowledge of primes/integrators.
• Proven track record running co-marketing with partners that generated pipeline.
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search.
• Full-stack marketing across paid digital, social, content, email and events.
• Advanced use of AI tools for content, video, research, and campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own partner and channel marketing with NORAM partners including system integrators and technology alliances.
• Identify joint activities and turn them into measurable pipeline.
• Collaborate with partner marketing and sales to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Run a regular partner newsletter and share product news, campaigns, and enablement materials.
• Create partner/customer materials aligned with Rocket.Chat's value proposition.
• Oversee MDF allocation and usage to support joint marketing goals.
• Support sales with materials, RFI/RFP responses, proposals and presentations.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search.
