Job summary

Rocket.Chat is seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead defense and intelligence sector marketing across North America. The role emphasizes channel and partner marketing, with a focus on joint campaigns, partner enablement, and pipeline generation, while coordinating with sales and product teams.

You will run paid digital, social, content, email, and events programs, using AI tools to accelerate outcomes. A hands-on leader who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment will fit well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• US military veteran, prior service or civilian work in the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience marketing to defense and intelligence audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing with Rocket.Chat's key partners in NORAM, including system integrators, resellers, and technology alliances.
• Identify opportunities for joint activities (campaigns, webinars, events, content, offers) and turn them into pipeline.
• Develop relationships with partner marketing and sales teams to identify gaps and opportunities for pipeline creation.
• Manage MDF and partner enablement materials and communications.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Reddit, and AI search for defense audiences.
• Create defense-focused content and materials and assist in video production.
• Plan events with partners and manage end-to-end event cycles to drive meetings and pipeline.
