Rocket.Chat seeks a Marketing Manager to lead defense/intelligence sector marketing in North America. You will own channel and partner marketing, drive co‑marketing with systems integrators and resellers, and coordinate with sales to build pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B/B2G tech marketing with a focus on channel and partner marketing in defense/intelligence.
• Experience marketing to US defense, military and intelligence audiences and primes.
• Track record with co-marketing programs with system integrators, resellers, or alliances.
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search; full-stack marketing across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own partner and channel marketing with NORAM partners to generate pipeline.
• Identify and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and content partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales to tailor campaigns and materials to target accounts.
• Manage MDF and enablement materials; oversee partner newsletters.
• Plan and run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, AI) and social content.
• Create content and video for defense/intelligence audiences; support RFI/RFP responses.
