Job summary

Rocket.Chat is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead defense and intelligence sector marketing in NORAM. This senior, individual-contributor role emphasizes channel partner marketing with system integrators, resellers, and technology alliances to generate pipeline.

You will manage paid digital, social, content, email, newsletters, and partner-led events, collaborating with the sales team and Head of Demand Generation. Experience with US defense buyers is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B/B2G tech marketing with channel focus in defense/intelligence
• Experience marketing to US defense, military and intelligence buyers
• Proven track record in co-marketing with partners and generating pipeline
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search
• Full-stack marketing: paid digital, social, content, email, events
• Experience using AI tools for content, video, research, and campaigns
• Ability to convert messaging into sales materials and RFI/RFP responses
• Strong project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing with key NORAM partners (systems integrators, resellers, alliances)
• Identify and convert joint opportunities into pipeline (campaigns, webinars, events)
• Collaborate with partner and sales teams to close gaps and optimize pipeline
• Lead partner newsletter and ensure product/news enablement materials
• Create collateral and presentations aligned with Rocket.Chat value proposition
• Manage MDF to support joint marketing objectives
• Plan and execute field events with partners
• Develop and implement AI-enabled marketing approaches across channels
