Job summary

Rocket.Chat is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead defense and intelligence sector marketing in North America. This role emphasizes channel partnerships, joint programs with system integrators, and paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI-enabled tools.

You’ll collaborate with sales, craft mission-focused messaging, and drive content, events, and RFI/RFP responses. You will own partner marketing, plan MDF funds, and manage campaigns and assets while working remotely

Qualifications

4+ years of B2B or B2G technology marketing with channel/partner focus.
Proven experience marketing to defense and intelligence sectors in the US.
Experience running co-marketing programs with systems integrators or partners.

Responsibilities

Own partner/co-marketing initiatives with NORAM partners.
Develop joint campaigns, webinars, events, and content to generate pipeline.
Collaborate with sales to tailor campaigns to target accounts and personas.
Create partner/customer collateral and enablement materials.
Oversee MDF usage aligned with joint objectives.
Plan and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit) for defense audiences.
Lead newsletters, social content, and events with a focus on pipeline.
