Rocket.Chat is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead defense/intelligence sector marketing in North America. This individual contributor role emphasizes channel and partner marketing, digital campaigns, content, events, and AI-enabled initiatives, working with sales to align programs and pipeline.

Based in the US, this remote-first position requires 4+ years in B2B/B2G tech marketing, a military or defense familiarity, and the ability to manage MDF and partner enablement while driving

Qualifications

4+ years in B2B or B2G tech marketing with channel/partner focus.
Experience marketing to US defense/military/intelligence buyers.
Track record of co-marketing with system integrators, resellers, or tech alliances.

Responsibilities

Own partner/co-marketing with NORAM-based partners (SIs, resellers, alliances).
Run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search.
Create partner/customer materials aligned with Rocket.Chat messaging.
Plan and execute events with partners to generate pipeline.
