Job summary

Rocket.Chat is hiring a senior Marketing Manager to lead channel and partner marketing for defense and intelligence audiences in North America. You will work closely with sales, drive co‑marketing programs, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and AI search.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2B/B2G tech marketing, and a strong background in partner ecosystems, content creation, and AI-enabled marketing. Remote-first, with US-based operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or B2G technology marketing with channel focus.
• Experience marketing defense/intelligence audiences and primes.
• Proven co-marketing with system integrators or partners.
• Hands-on paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, AI search.
• Full-stack marketing across paid, social, content, email, events.
• Strong written/spoken communication for defense buyers.
• Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own co-marketing with partners in NORAM, incl. SI and resellers.
• Identify joint activities and turn into pipeline.
• Collaborate with partner marketing and sales for gaps/opps.
• Lead partner newsletter and product/news updates.
• Create partner/customer collateral aligned with value prop.
• Manage MDF allocation to meet joint marketing goals.
• Support sales with materials, RFI/RFPs, and proposals.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns for defense/audience targeting.
• Manage social presence and newsletters for the sector.
• Analyze campaigns against KPIs: pipeline, ROI, engagement.
