• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and timelines.
• Strong writing skills and knowledge of AP style.

• Drive marketing programs across channels (direct mail, email, web, video, collateral).
• Ensure messaging is consistent and impactful across campaigns.
• Write copy for marketing materials with audience focus and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales/other teams to meet business needs.
• Use metrics to evaluate campaigns and learn for future activity.
• Manage campaigns to ensure timely delivery and milestones.
• Maintain project schedules and approvals using PM software.
• Collect product/service information from SMEs and clients.
• Create product sheets, brochures, case studies, newsletters, and ads.
• Guide other marketing staff on messaging and direction.
• Provide leadership or mentorship to junior team members.
