Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic Manager, Digital Product Messaging to join MarTech & Platforms within Customer Success & Operations. You will lead the implementation, administration, optimization, and governance of digital communication platforms powering customer engagement across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to define roadmaps, write user stories, and manage Agile backlogs while ensuring security and regulatory compliance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management or related field.
• 5+ years implementing enterprise marketing communication platforms.
• 5+ years delivering technical solutions for acquisition, retention, personalization, and consent management.
• 5+ years managing multiple projects across businesses.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical specs.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MarTech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms.
• Act as product owner for Email, SMS, Push, and RCS capabilities.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and Agile backlogs.
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations.
