Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Manager, Digital Product Messaging to join the Marketing Technology & Platforms team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, administration, optimization, and governance of digital communication platforms that power customer engagement across the enterprise.

You will partner with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics and Operations to define roadmaps, user stories, and backlogs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise marketing communication platforms.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for acquisition, retention, personalization, and consent management.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects across various businesses.
• 5+ years translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise messaging platforms.
• Serve as product owner for Email, SMS, Push, and RCS capabilities.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, user stories, and Agile backlogs.
• Partners across Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations.
