Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. The role supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging across the organization.

You will handle day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications, while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics in an Agile product team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• Experience deploying marketing communications platforms at scale.
• Strong experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.
• Hands-on HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and document thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Execute day-to-day messaging, QA, monitoring, and optimization.
• Define user stories and maintain the team backlog in Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics.
