Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. You will support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications across the organization, handling day-to-day execution, QA, and monitoring of customer messages.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics, defining user stories and supporting the team backlog to maintain feature integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years required experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years enabling marketing communications platforms for large scale cross-channel communications.
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions including consent management.
• 3+ years working with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities with strong project management.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support team backlog to streamline priorities.
