Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior-level role supports implementation, maintenance and optimization of digital messaging platforms across the organization, executing and monitoring customer communications with QA processes.

You will work with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to define user stories and maintain the team backlog, ensuring platform integrity and timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience enabling, administering, or deploying marketing communications platforms for large scale cross-channel communications.
• 3+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions, including channel acquisition, preferences and consent management, customer retention, or cross-channel personalization.
• 3+ years of strong experience working with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance and optimization of digital communication platforms.
• Handle day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring and optimization of customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support the team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
