Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior-level role supports implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications across channels, ensuring quality and timely execution.

You will work with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to define user stories and maintain team backlog, while upholding the integrity of features and components for the Agile Product Team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT
• Experience enabling marketing communications platforms at scale (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
• Experience enabling technical solutions for marketing functions (preferences, consent management, cross-channel personalization)
• Strong HTML/CSS/AMPscript/SSJS/SQL skills and familiarity with SFMC data views

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize customer communications daily across channels
• Quality assurance, monitoring, and optimization of digital messaging platforms
• Define user stories and support team backlog in an Agile Product Team
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to deliver features
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate status with stakeholders
