Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team within Customer Success and Operations. In this junior level role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging across the organization.

You will manage day-to-day execution, quality assurance, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, business, consulting or IT.
• 3+ years deploying marketing communications platforms for cross-channel campaigns.
• 3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing functions like acquisition, preferences and consent, retention or personalization.
• 3+ years hands-on with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• 3+ years of HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.
• Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
• Excellent documentation and meeting-note skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communication platforms.
• Handle day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring, and optimization of customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
• Define user stories and support the team backlog while preserving feature integrity.
