Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join the Marketing Technology and Platforms team. In this junior level role, you will support implementation, maintenance and optimization of our digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging, ensuring quality and timely delivery across the organization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics, define user stories, and maintain the team backlog,

Qualifications

3+ years in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
3+ years deploying marketing communications platforms for large-scale cross-channel communications.
3+ years enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions.
3+ years of experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
3+ years hands-on HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day customer communications across the platform.
Perform QA, monitoring, and optimization of messaging programs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
Define user stories and support team backlog for the Agile product team.
