Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join our Marketing Technology and Platforms team. In this junior level role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to ensure reliable customer communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience enabling marketing communications platforms for large scale cross-channel communications.
• 3+ years of experience enabling technical solutions for marketing-related functions (preferences, consent, retention).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital communications platforms.
• Perform day-to-day execution, QA, monitoring and optimization of customer communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics.
• Define user stories and support team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
