Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Digital Messaging Ops Analyst to join our Marketing Technology and Platforms team. This junior level role supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital communication platforms used for outbound messaging across the organization.

You will work with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of customer communications, and contribute to defining user stories for the team backlog.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Marketing, Product, Business, Consulting, or IT.
• Experience enabling, administrating or deploying marketing communications platforms at scale (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Experience enabling technical solutions for marketing functions including preferences and consent management.
• Hands-on with Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Intelligence Reports, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• Hands-on HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS and SQL; familiarity with SFMC data views and tracking extracts.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital messaging platforms.
• Execute, QA, monitor and optimize customer communications across channels.
• Define user stories and maintain team backlog within an Agile Product Team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Architecture and Analytics.
