Job summary

Travel within the assigned territory is required. You will develop proposals, upsell services, and secure renewals, leveraging CRM tools and strong negotiation skills to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative sales or account management role.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to tailor customer-focused solutions.
• Develop relationships with existing customers to upsell services and renewals.
• Design and present sales proposals addressing complex business needs.
• Self-generate leads via cold calls, visits, networking and events.
• Qualify leads, coordinate site surveys and ROI analyses.
• Maintain accurate sales databases and report activity.
• Collaborate with Account Management and support teams to ensure smooth handoff.
