Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive to engage business clients and deliver tailored voice, data and video solutions within your territory.

You will drive revenue, build relationships, and collaborate with account management to ensure seamless handoffs and ongoing client retention. This is an office-based role focusing on consultative sales and networking technology understanding.

Competenze

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English; CRM proficiency and basic networking knowledge.

Mansioni

• Conduct consultative needs analysis with prospective clients to develop tailored product solutions.
• Design and present compelling sales proposals and product presentations for small, medium and large businesses.
• Achieve monthly revenue quotas by driving data, phone and video sales within your sales territory.
• Generate leads by initiating telephone outreach, making cold calls, visits and networking at industry events.
• Qualify new leads and coordinate site surveys, submitting return on investment analyses to sales management.
• Maintain accurate sales databases to track activity and customer information.
• Collaborate with Account Management and business services teams to ensure seamless handoff of sold accounts and ongoing client retention.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
