Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Vertical Major Account Executive to drive new business and nurture client partnerships across voice, data and video solutions within a defined territory. This office-based role requires travel within assigned territories and a track record in consultative sales and account management.

You will build proposals, upsell services, coordinate site surveys and manage client data while collaborating with account management and support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a consultative sales or account management role.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas.
• Experience selling data, voice or video solutions in the B2B telecom space.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as SalesForce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative needs analyses with prospective clients to create customer-focused solutions.
• Develop relationships with existing customers to upsell services and secure renewals.
• Design and present sales proposals addressing complex communication needs.
• Self-generate leads via calls, visits, networking and events.
• Qualify leads, coordinate site surveys and submit ROI analyses.
• Maintain accurate sales databases to report activity and client info.
• Collaborate with Account Management and support teams for seamless handoffs.
• Participate in meetings and training to enhance sales knowledge.
