Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Franklin, MA to manage branch inventory and administrative workflows that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role ensures organized parts storage, accurate data updates, and cross-functional scheduling with the service team.

Responsibilities include inventory governance, order processing, warranty coordination, and collaboration with finance and customer service to optimize branch performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations roles.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at the specified location.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) and ensure timely service support.
• Order parts with sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and update parts data; conduct regular cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns in partnership with warranty team.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure payments to vendors are processed accurately.
