Job summary

• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner; collaborative mindset; continuous learning.
• Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and work at the required location; background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and prevent loss.
• Order parts with sourcing procedures; ensure timely delivery with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and track parts; perform regular cycle counts.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and tires on hand.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and handle returns with warranty team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Vendor support and payment processing accountability.
