Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inventory productivity oversight at branch(es) for timely service support.
• Maintain optimal stock levels with sourcing procedures.
• Receive, store, and update parts records; perform cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and tire stock to specification.
• Handle warranty items, returns, and related follow-up.
• Coordinate repairs with Customer Service when parts are available.
• Vendor support and ensuring payments are processed correctly.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
