Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel and work at the Franklin, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and mitigate inventory loss.
• Order parts and maintain optimal levels with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store, and update PartsNet; conduct regular cycle counts.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and tire stock; ensure on-hand quantities.
• Coordinate warranty items, returns, and warranty campaigns with warranty dept.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure correct payment processing.
